Finally the gag order has been lifted by the Grand

Jury and we are able to announce the biggest wrestling

extravaganza in the history of Atlantic Beach. This

Wednesday at 6:00 in the morning on the end of

Sportsman's Pier there will be a Bogue Banks Smackdown

to remember! Be sure and come early to avoid the

traffic jams. Headlining the event will be a World

Championship Pier Tossing Match between WW "Big Show"

Weaver and "Professor" Joe Stroud (the original Video

Professor as seen on Headline 49 News). The first man

to hit the water will lose the match and the man left

standing on the pier will be crowned World Champion of

Carteret County. Also on the card will be a World

Championship Tag Team bout.

This is one event that no one will want to miss and
