Yes, IT'S TRUE ! After an enormously successful 6 month world tour that broke all previous attendence records, Bogue Banks Rasslin has returned home to Carteret County. Speculation has run rampant as to when, if ever, this amazing exhibition would return. After selling out arenas in over 30 countries, local fans thought that "The Greatest Show on Earth" might never return but, as WW Weaver recently stated, "The Hollywood Bowl and Madison Square Garden are great to visit, but they could NEVER compare with the Deck at Patches, Fort Macon, the roof of Town Hall, and the end of the Iron Steamer Pier !"

The matches will begin at 6:00am on Sunday, May 1rst and what a show the Bogue Banks Rasslin Federation has in store for the home folks! 4 World Championship matches and a halftime show that features the now internationally famous recording group, The Joe Stroud Quintet will be playing all their big hits including, "Collard Greens", "Are You From Beaufort?", "Harlowe Wants Me But I Can't Go Back There", and their new hit single, "By the Time I Get to Morehead" a moving ballad about Joe's recent relocation to "The Big Apple of Carteret County".

Also for your enjoyment there will be a raffle with the prize being a gallon of Eau de Otway perfume (see attached file below), a womanless wedding, a crab cleaning contest, and a three legged race from Radio Island to Patches.

As always, tickets will be 10 cents in advance (before 6:00 am) and 15 cents at the gate. Be sure and come early to avoid the traffic jams and parking delays that always accompany these Rasslemania events. Parking will be provided by FMB and there will be shuttle buses from the parking area at Fort Macon to the site of the match. All proceeds from the match will be donated to the WW Weaver for Sheriff Foundation.
